- 20-minute consultation – free of charge
- 50-minute individual therapy session – $345
- 80-minute individual therapy session – $500
- No show or late cancellation – $175

Valid credit card is required to schedule an initial session.

I do not accept insurance but am happy to offer a monthly super bill, so that you may request reimbursement from your insurance company.

Questions to ask your insurance company prior to starting treatment:

Do I have mental health benefits?
How much does my plan cover for out-of-network mental health providers?
What is my annual deductible and has it been met?
Is there a separate mental health services deductible?
What amount of service charge am I responsible for after reimbursement?
Are telehealth visits reimbursed at the same rate as in-person sessions?
Is there a limit to the number of sessions I may have in a year?
Do I need a referral or approval by my primary care doctor?
How do I request reimbursement for an out-of-network provider?
