- 50-minute individual therapy session – $240
- 80-minute individual therapy session – $360
- No show or late cancellation – $125
Valid credit card is required to schedule an initial session.
I do not accept insurance but am happy to offer a monthly super bill, so that you may request reimbursement from your insurance company.
Current Discounted Rate Offerings: I am offering pro-bono therapy for two individuals who were impacted by the LA fires. This includes eight free therapy sessions for any adult who has either lost their home in the fires or who was a first responder in the crisis. Please email for more information.

Questions to ask your insurance company prior to starting treatment:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- How much does my plan cover for out-of-network mental health providers?
- What is my annual deductible and has it been met?
- Is there a separate mental health services deductible?
- What amount of service charge am I responsible for after reimbursement?
- Are telehealth visits reimbursed at the same rate as in-person sessions?
- Is there a limit to the number of sessions I may have in a year?
- Do I need a referral or approval by my primary care doctor?
- How do I request reimbursement for an out-of-network provider?
